By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Joshkas

Joshkas is an online store based in Montreal, Quebec. We sell practical tools for the home, for pets and for personal care — the kind of product that solves one specific problem well.

2. Who can order

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18, that you can enter a binding contract, and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Products

Product images are illustrations. The item you receive may vary slightly in packaging or shade. We may change descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We may change prices without notice, and we may correct pricing errors or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

5. Orders

Placing an order authorises us to charge your payment method. We may cancel an order, ask for verification, or limit quantities per customer. An order confirmation email is not a guarantee of availability.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments run through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.

7. Shipping

Free on all orders. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates and details. We are not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Customs and duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility. Refusing to pay them does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Returns

30-day returns, full refund, and a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full details.

10. Intellectual property

The text, images, videos, product descriptions and design on this site belong to Joshkas and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

12. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are effective when posted, with an updated date.
