30-day returns, no questions asked
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason at all, we refund you in full.
What you can return
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- The item does not match the description
- You received the wrong item
- The item stopped working within 30 days
- You simply changed your mind
What we cannot take back
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items with visible wear beyond normal inspection
- Items sent back without contacting us first
How to start a return
Email yochkaephraimjoseph@gmail.com with the subject line Return Request — Order #[your order number], and include your full name, your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo if the item is damaged.
We reply within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, with the next steps.
Getting your money back
Once your return is approved, we issue the refund within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method, and you get a confirmation email. Your bank may take another 3 to 5 business days to show it on your statement.
90-day warranty on defects
Every product carries a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects — defective materials, manufacturing faults, and items that stop working under normal use. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or modified products.
Damaged or lost packages
Damaged on arrival: photograph it before opening, email us within 48 hours, and we send a replacement at no cost.
Lost in transit: once the carrier confirms the package is lost, you choose — a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges yet. Return the original order for a full refund and place a new one.
Who pays return shipping
- Item defective, damaged or incorrect — we cover the return shipping
- You changed your mind — return shipping is on you
