Before you write

• Where is my order? Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery to the US, UK and Canada usually takes 7 to 14 business days after that, and tracking can take 3–5 days to start updating.
• I want to return something. You have 30 days from delivery. Email us with the subject line Return Request — Order #[your number] and we'll send you the next steps. Full details in our refund policy.
• It arrived damaged. Photograph it before opening if you can, email us within 48 hours, and we replace it at no cost.
• Wrong address on my order. Write to us straight away — if it hasn't shipped yet we can still change it.
